|Recommended: YesNeeds Better Maintance In Apts. And Increase Extermination Around Entire Boilding. — I look around at other places that might give me more freedom in my area , however I have not found anything. I like the pool in the early noon and they have it heated nicely.

|Recommended: YesStaff Maintainance — We recently moved to Wildwood 4 months ago We have Always owned our own home,So Thankful God led us in the right direction We recently retired ,and decided to retire in Ludington We always brought our children up here on vocation ,Always Loved the area,Wildwoods has some Super office personnel,Miss Andrea,and Mr Isaac,they are very cordial and helpful,Wildwoods offer so many Awesome things for residents to do ,so many different activities,Lots of fun things ,
For all ages Young and old MR Allen and his crew keep the grounds so Beautiful ,
And maintain the buildings , Such a SAFE and CLEAN and Beautiful Environment

|Recommended: YesVery Beautiful Grounds And Great Amenities — The amenities are very nice and the location puts you in a perfect position to travel north or south as well as use Ludington's downtown attractions. The apartment layout functions nice and seperates rooms with plenty of distance as to warrent privacy. The bathrooms fit the apartment size and the balcony is a great addition to an already nice apartment.
