|Recommended: YesFirst Rate Apartment Complex — Have not lived in an apartment for years and our year at Wildwood was great. Buildings and grounds are so well maintained. Office and maintenance staff are so willing to assist you with any issues or problems. They really care and work hard to ensure Wildwood is a quality place to live. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much for helping make our transition year of finding our own home an easy one.

|Recommended: YesIt's A Beautiful Property And Fun To Live Here. — I would say that the rental rates are affordable and the staff is very helpful and approachable. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently which makes apartment issues that arise easy to deal with. I also enjoy the quality of the apartments and how close they are to downtown and my current job.
