|Recommended: YesCompletion — The Maintenace personal have marked a few things as completed when in fact they have not. My air conditioner needs to be professionally repaired. I had to buy a shop vac to continually clean the water out of the tray to prevent run over and pull the water out of the rug. At the beginning of summer, I put a request in for a new concrete stair. It is marked closed, but the step was never changed. Lawn care blows dirt and garbage into the front patio, you can't sweep it out, and they blow grass, leaves, dirt all over my back patio. To many spiders and bugs out back. I can't go out. Pull the dead bushes out and the big ones that harbor spiders and ants. Lets plants some flowers that will come up each year, small flower bushes, and there are other things some residents can do if they like.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Hard to make a good review in less than a month of living here. Was a bit disappointed in the unfinished underside of kitchen bar. Also we are on the second floor and unable to enjoy our deck because of upstairs resident feeding birds and watering plants. Everything comes through down to our area.
