|Recommended: YesLiv Review — It is overall a very nice place, there are a lot of things they limit you to when it comes to public property. The dog park is not well maintained as I've found multiple sharp objects and hazards to animals. But everything else is great.

|Recommended: YesClean, Friendly And Appealing — So far my experience at Liv Wildwood has been great, the complex grounds are very well maintained, the apartment itself has a clean welcoming feeling and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend to a friend 10 10 times.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We have lived here 4 years and things just keep getting better New workout room, great gathering room with a kitchen and something for everyone, great heated pool with bbq grills, tables, chairs. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful and maintenance is always on top of it. I would highly recommend this as the greatest place to live👍

|Recommended: YesSo Far, Very Good — My son and I haven't been here long, but so far we are extremely happy. The property is very well kept and my neighbors are wonderful. The staff made our process of renting very easy and have always been helpful when I had questions. The maintenance department is very accessible and they respond to inquiries promptly. I highly recommend Liv Wildwood to anyone

|Recommended: YesGood — Its is friendly from my experience. Some people get irritated easily but you will find that wherever you go. I like the apartment and the added on bonuses that come with living here.
|Recommended: YesWe Love Living At Wildwood. No Major Issues. Just A Couple Of Minor Things. Overall It's Great. — It's relatively quiet. Everything is up to date and very clean. No complaints, except I wish there was a little more parking space. Otherwise we have a had a very good experience here so far.
