|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — So far, I love living at Liv Wildwood Though on the expensive side, I love the apartment layout, access to my own deck, and being able to have my fur baby with me and a park for her I'm excited to see the new gym space when it is finished, though I wish it wasn't being completed at the beginning of the year. I also wish the sidewalks, parking lot, and roads throughout the apartment complex would be plowed and salted brined in a more timely manner I understand this isn't always possible .

|Recommended: YesI've Enjoyed Living Here — The two bedroom apartment is just the right size for my girlfriend and I. We have lived comfortably at Liv Wildwood. The monthly rent is a little pricey and I think it would be more fair reasonable to decrease the cost. Overall, I rate living at Liv Wildwood 5 stars.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean, Very Friendly — Would highly recommend these apartments to a friend. They are very clean and up to date with modern appliances. I have had a few compliments from friends who have seen my new place. Easy access parking, never have to walk far from where you park. Having a garage on site is great for storage and the staff here have been nothing but great to me as a new resident. very friendly, always know my name somehow and if something is ever wrong they either explain it to you to help or make the situation right.

|Recommended: YesI Think The Rules Are Way Too Strict And Absurd For The Price. — The place is nice and I do love my apartment a lot. The layout is weird and the sprinkler system worries me inside my apartment. However, there is never any parking and if you park too close to the curb, the office staff leave notices on your car to back up. There is no smoking, which is fine because I am against it myself... However, the office staff told me that you can't even vape when you are driving in your car out of the complex. That if someone see's you, it is grounds for a report and violation fee. I think that is absurd and makes me feel like I need to walk on egg shells in my living environment. I am not a rude person, I won't be disruptive or bother other people... but how is vaping in MY car other peoples problems I haven't done it since I moved in or gotten in trouble but all these tiny OCD rules that are put into place make me feel very uncomfortable living here. I don't feel like I could connect with anyone or reach out and meet new people or neighbors because they might report me to the office for some random reason. I also heard from people and reviews that the office staff does not even warn you if something is wrong or reports you for being too loud or something of that sort. They just tack the violation fees onto your bill. That is not right and I really hope that isn't true. In any case... I like the apartment, just not the rules, price, or parking because you can NEVER find a parking spot . Also, this is expensive for Ludington. Most simplified 2 bedroom apartments are 500 - 600 here... At Liv Wildwood they are 950 Lower your prices, do more car audits, issue 2-3 warnings so tenants can KNOW what they are doing wrong, vaping is saving smokers lives so don't be so quick to judge, and all in all relax. If this all could be done, this complex would be 10x better.

|Recommended: YesThe Amenities Make This Place — The community with the amenities her are the best part about wildwood. Its easy to do activities after work because they are right outside your door. The layout of the apartments are also nice. We have lived at other places with the same square footage but this place feels as though we have more room.

|Recommended: YesA Peaceful And Lovely Community — The community is very peaceful and lovely. Landscaping is beautiful with flowers and lush lawn. The pool is a great addition. The natural setting, woods and pond close by is really nice. Deer, rabbits and all types of birds are a daily occurrence. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and feels bigger than it is. Washer and dryer is so handy Terrace is great.
We have been very happy here.
We also love the diversity of the community Young and old, all colors, all faiths, a beautiful blend

|Recommended: YesIt's A Nice But Expensive Place To Live — The apartments are comfortable and well maintained, though we do suffer a yearly struggle with ants during the summer months and have had an issue with mold in our bathrooms. The heated pool, workout room, and public gathering hub spaces make for nice community amenities, but there is a severe issue with parking spaces in front of the buildings as I frequently have to park at another building or even in the overflow parking spaces.

Luckily we do offer garages, while supplies last, and that would help make sure that you always have a parking. |Recommended: YesOut Of Towners — Very comfortable apartments. Furnishings are basic however, the most impressive feature of these apartments is how quiet the rooms are....no noise above or below, no floor squeaks. Very friendly staff, very nice dog park, herb gardens and even some personal garden space.
